Abstract
Based on 23,305 recruitment postings collected from Zhaopin.com,this study employs content analysis to extract textual features and conduct association analysis of job advertisements. A competence framework for human resource positions is formed in the digital era, which is composed of four dimensions—meta competence, cognitive competence, functional competence, and social competence—encompassing 28 competence elements. Furthermore, the study conducts an in-depth examination of market expectation differences across junior, intermediate, and senior HR positions, thereby uncovering the evolving demand trends on the labor market’s demand side regarding digital-related competence requirements for HR roles.
