  • 摘要: 基于智联招聘网23 305条劳动力市场招聘数据,采用内容分析法对招聘广告文本进行文本特征提取和关联分析,构建了由元胜任力、认知胜任力、职能胜任力、社会胜任力4个维度、28项胜任要素构成的数字时代人力资源岗位胜任力框架,并对初级、中级、高级三个层级人力资源岗位胜任特征的市场期待差异进行了深度剖析,揭示了劳动力市场需求侧对人力资源岗位数字化有关胜任特征的需求发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Based on 23,305 recruitment postings collected from Zhaopin.com,this study employs content analysis to extract textual features and conduct association analysis of job advertisements. A competence framework for human resource positions is formed in the digital era, which is composed of four dimensions—meta competence, cognitive competence, functional competence, and social competence—encompassing 28 competence elements. Furthermore, the study conducts an in-depth examination of market expectation differences across junior, intermediate, and senior HR positions, thereby uncovering the evolving demand trends on the labor market’s demand side regarding digital-related competence requirements for HR roles.
