多种荷载作用下的猫头形输电塔变形预警分析

Deformation Warning Analysis of Cat-Head Shaped Transmission Towers under Multiple Loads

  • 摘要: 输电塔作为电力系统核心支撑结构,其安全稳定性直接关系电网可靠运行。本文以1A4X-ZMC5典型猫头形输电塔为研究对象,综合考虑强风、覆冰及重力荷载耦合作用,建立有限元模型并开展模态分析与多工况静力学研究。通过施加重力、风载及覆冰荷载组合,揭示结构关键力学响应规律。结果表明:在进行安装时16.6 m高度角钢出现最大应变值,据此设定应变监测点并建立双级预警阈值,其中黄色预警928 με,红色预警1238 με。塔顶水平位移峰值达518.67 mm,基于位移控制要求提出塔顶监测方案及分级预警指标,其中黄色预警311.2 mm,红色预警414.9 mm。为猫头形输电塔的服役安全评估与预警阈值设定提供理论依据与工程参考。

     

    Abstract: As the core support structure of power system, the safety and stability of transmission tower is directly related to the reliable operation of power grid. In this paper, a 1A4X-ZMC5 typical cat-head-shaped transmission tower is taken as the research object, and the coupled effects of strong wind, ice-covering and gravity load are considered comprehensively to establish a finite element model and carry out modal analysis and multi-condition static mechanic research. By applying the combination of gravity, wind and ice loads, the key mechanical response law of the structure is revealed. The results show that the maximum strain value occurs at the 16.6 m height angle steel during installation. Based on this, strain monitoring points are set and a two-level early warning threshold is established, with a yellow warning of 928 με and a red warning of 1 238 με. The peak horizontal displacement of the top of the tower reaches 518.67 mm, and based on the displacement control requirements, the tower top monitoring program and graded warning indicators are proposed: the yellow warning threshold is 311.2 mm, and the red warning threshold is 414.9 mm. This provides a theoretical basis and engineering reference for the service safety assessment and early warning threshold setting of cat-head-shaped transmission towers.
