认知失调对高海拔建筑工人不安全行为的影响:一个被调节的中介模型

The Impact of Cognitive Dissonance on Unsafe Behaviors of High-Altitude Construction Workers: A Moderated Mediation Model

  • 摘要: 为减少高海拔地区建筑工人的不安全行为,防止安全事故的发生,探讨认知失调对不安全行为的影响机制。构建认知失调和不安全行为的假设模型。对高海拔地区建筑工人进行问卷调查。在信效度和相关性分析的基础上,构建回归方程进行假设检验,并进行中介与调节效应的检验。最后通过系统动力学方法,研究其动态变化过程。研究表明:认知失调显著正向影响不安全行为;职业倦怠在认知失调对不安全行为的影响过程中发挥了部分中介作用;社会支持调节了中介过程的前半段,社会支持得分比较高的调节效应更显著;模拟结果表明,在社会支持与职业倦怠的作用下,随着认知失调水平的提高,职业倦怠水平先上升后下降,不安全行为水平逐渐升高。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the unsafe behaviors of construction workers in high altitude areas and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, the influence mechanism of cognitive dissonance on unsafe behaviors was explored. A hypothesis model of cognitive dissonance and unsafe behaviors was constructed. A questionnaire survey was conducted on construction workers in high altitude areas. On the basis of reliability, validity and correlation analysis, a regression equation was constructed for hypothesis testing, and the mediation and moderation effects were tested. Finally, the dynamic change process was studied by system dynamics method. The results show that cognitive dissonance has a significant positive impact on unsafe behaviors; occupational burnout plays a partial mediating role in the process of cognitive dissonance affecting unsafe behaviors; social support regulates the first half of the mediation process, and the mediation effect of social support scores with higher scores is more significant; the simulation results show that under the influence of social support and occupational burnout, with the increase of cognitive dissonance level, the occupational burnout level first increases and then decreases, and the level of unsafe behaviors gradually increases.
