绿色建筑与碳排放效率的耦合特征及驱动研究——以黄河流域经济带为例

Study on the Coupling Characteristics and Driving Mechanism of Green Building and Construction Carbon Emission Efficiency: A Case Study of the Yellow River Basin Economic Belt

  • 摘要: 鉴于目前建筑业方面对绿色建筑水平和建筑业碳排放之间的耦合协调的研究相对较少,此研究通过采用熵权法对数据进行处理并建立绿色建筑评价体系,采用SBM-DEA模型测算出建筑业碳排放效率;运用耦合协调度模型及空间自相关方法,对黄河流域经济带9个省份2013年-2021年绿色建筑水平与建筑业碳排放效率的时空耦合特征进行了研究,并采用面板Tobit模型分析其驱动因素。结果表明:2013-2021年我国黄河流域经济带绿色建筑水平与建筑业碳排放效率均呈上升趋势,耦合协调度总体向良好和优质协调阶段发展,空间上均呈现由东向西递减趋势,并有持续的正向空间关联性;产业结构、科技创新能力、地方经济发展水平对区域耦合协调度具有显著的正向影响,能源强度、国有资本比重对区域耦合协调度具有显著的负向影响。

     

    Abstract: In view of the relatively few studies on the coupling and coordination between the level of green buildings and the carbon emission of the construction industry, this study uses entropy weight method to process the data, establishes a green building evaluation system, and SBM-DEA model is used to measure the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry.A study was conducted on the spatiotemporal coupling characteristics of green building levels and carbon emission efficiency in the construction industry in 9 provinces of the Yellow River Basin Economic Belt from 2013 to 2021 and the panel Tobit model was used to analyze the driving factors.The results are shown below: from 2013 to 2021,both the level of green buildings and the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry in China’s Yellow River Basin Economic Belt showed an upward trend, and the coupling coordination degree generally developed to the stage of good and high-quality coordination, showing a decreasing trend from east to west, and a continuous positive spatial correlation.Industrial structure, scientific and technological innovation ability and local economic development level have a significant positive impact on regional coupling coordination degree, while energy intensity and the proportion of state-owned capital have a significant negative impact on regional coupling coordination degree.
