Abstract:
To address the technical challenges of the landfill treatment project in Lanzhou south ring road project, a comprehensive evaluation index system model was established based on fuzzy mathematics, analytic hierarchy process, and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution. This model facilitated decision-making among four proposed treatments: excavation and filling, bridge construction, dynamic compaction in boreholes, and prestressed pipe piles. The criteria for evaluation included economic, technical aspects, and reliability. The weight vectors were determined using analytic hierarchy process, and the prioritization of the options was conducted through technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution. The results revealed the comprehensive superiority of each option as follows: 0.785,1.536,1.327,and 2.560 respectively. The fourth option, involving high-strength prestressed pipe piles, emerged as the most optimal. This provides a scientific basis for selecting landfill treatment schemes and offers guidance for similar construction projects.
