隧道泄水洞与连接通道交叉段不同工法施工力学效应分析

Analysis on Mechanical Effect of Different Construction Methods in Cross-Section of Drainage Tunnel and Connection Channel

  • 摘要: 以松树湾隧道大修中增建泄水洞段为依托工程背景,提出了连接通道与泄水洞交叉段的2种施工方案,采用数值模拟的方法,并通过与现场监测数据的对比,验证了有限元模型的有效性,分析了两种工法下衬砌和钢拱架受力变形特征。结果表明:1)采用圆弧平滑连接与直角形连接均能保证衬砌变形与受力的安全性;2)采用直角式连接时,衬砌具有较不利的空间几何特征,会出现应力集中现象,而采用圆弧平滑连接,可以避免衬砌在空间上出现棱边等不利特征,因此更具有优越性;3)过渡区段施工时,其最不利断面为转弯段与连接通道、泄水洞连接的公用断面;4)通过对两种施工方法下隧道的衬砌变形和受力状态的工法对比,在连接通道与泄水洞连接处现场施工时,建议采用圆弧平滑过渡。

     

    Abstract: Based on the engineering background of adding a drainage tunnel section during the overhaul of the Songshuwan Tunnel, two construction schemes were proposed to connect the channel and the intersection section of the drainage tunnel.Numerical simulation methods were used to verify the effectiveness of the finite element model by comparing it with on-site monitoring data.The deformation characteristics of the lining and steel arch under the two construction methods were analyzed.The results indicate that: 1) both circular arc smooth connection and right angle connection can ensure the safety of lining deformation and stress; 2) When a right angle connection is adopted, the lining may experience stress concentration due to unfavorable spatial geometric characteristics.On the other hand, using a smooth circular arc connection can avoid adverse features such as edges in space, making it more advantageous; 3) The most unfavorable section during the construction of the transition section is the common section connecting the turning section with the connecting channel and drainage hole; 4) Through the comparison of the deformation and stress state of the tunnel lining under the two construction methods, it is suggested to adopt the circular arc smooth transition in the field construction of the connection channel and the drainage tunnel.
